Bootcamps
Our fitness bootcamps are designed for a balanced, full-body workout. We kick things off with a 4-minute warm-up to get your body moving. Then, we move into 20 minutes of resistance training, focusing on building strength and muscle. Next, we switch gears with 15/25 minutes of functional training, targeting movements that improve your everyday fitness. We wrap up with a core session to strengthen and tone your abs, back, and obliques, leaving you feeling strong and energized
Steel Sessions
Our weights-only sessions are all about building strength and muscle through focused, targeted training. Each class starts with a dynamic warm-up to prepare your body for the workout ahead. We then dive into a full 45-minute session of resistance training, using a variety of weights to work different muscle groups. Whether you're lifting dumbbells, barbells, or kettlebells, every move is designed to challenge your body and help you get stronger with each rep.
